In my firefox, I lost my bookmarks toolbar folder, however the bookmarks html was still there. I also lost the File, Edit, View, Go etc bar accross the top. I tried quite a bit, usually things that would help, I soon realised my own knowledge wasnt much help, so I consulted the Mozilla website looked at the FAQ, how to troubleshoot, and found still no answer to my problem. I was also beggining to get more than a little frustrated surfing in IE. I came accross the MozillaZine knowledge base, and found an article on how to fix the problem. It was solved by step seven, thankfully. So I have lost all of my extensions and themes, so I am now browsing addons.mozilla.org to get back most of the extensions, namely adblock and tabbed browsing prefs, along with sage, foxytunes and Customise Google.

I have to say I am more than a litlle angry, and have never experianced such a problem with IE, then again maybe thats because I never use it!
