Intel make all of the blazing fast processors which belong to Apple and their line of Hardware. However they are planning to work against them in the portable scene where the iPhone is concerned. Battery life is a major factor when purchasing a mobile phone, if Intel can create a low power chip which improves upon the iPhone competitors could beat it out of the market.
